Winter wars are never won without heat. The fighting effectiveness and morale of troops fall as the temperature decreases. Many different methods have been used to provide warmth in the field, ranging from old-fashioned stoves to heavy and cumbersome heating units. From any viewpoint, these conventional methods proved to be insufficient.
Experiences from recent conflicts in cold climates have demonstrated clearly the need for powerful and dependable heating systems. To fill this need, our parent company Ventilatorverken, in Sweden, have developed the Vacan Mobile Heater.
The Vacan Heater is a new and unique heating system, especially designed to operate efficiently even in extremely cold conditions. It provides large capacity and is surprisingly simple to handle and connect. The Vacan Heater uses a sophisticated system of heat distribution to provide the correct temperature throughout the heated area.

The stove is specially designed for heating purpose in the field like tents, field hospitals and in refugee camps e.g. The stove can also be used for cooking.
